Gerry H. Carson
Founder and CEO
Gerry Carson is the CEO and Founder of GlobalPath Translations and brings significant translation and leadership experience to the Company. Gerry’s first position after an undergraduate degree at Emory was as a financial analyst in Madrid, Spain, where worked for the brokerage house of a Spanish bank. Once a month, he was asked to translate monthly equities, fixed-income and emerging market reports from Spanish into English. Early in his career, he established a passion for languages and appreciated the significant value of accurate and professional translations. After gaining fluency in the Spanish language and becoming a professional translator, Gerry Carson co-founded Pan-American Access, a translation company he helped grow and sell. Next, he went to work for BellSouth, completing their 2-Year, CEO-sponsored Management Leadership Program. Gerry went on to run wholesale pricing for both BellSouth and AT&T for almost a decade. Gerry currently serves as GlobalPath’s CEO, with primary responsibility for business development and customer relationship management. Gerry received his undergraduate Degree in Spanish at Emory and an MBA in finance from the Goizueta Business School. Gerry is also a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 2017.
